Tho Salt Lake Terminal company, organized or-ganized to construct and operato a union terminal for tho Salt Lako & Og-den Og-den railroad and tho Salt Lako & Utah railroad, filed its articles of incorporation incorpora-tion vith tho county clork yesterday afternoon. Tho company is capitalized for $1,-000,000 $1,-000,000 with shares ot $100 each. Julian Ju-lian Bamberger, P. M. Orem, J. B. Beau, ITonry I. Moore, J. H. Dovino and W. It. Armstrong aro tho incorporators and the directors. Julian Bamborgcr is president, J. n. Dcvino is vice president presi-dent and F. M. Orem is secrotary and treasurer. According to the articles, tho company com-pany has acquired various tracts of land as sitea for buildings and trncks. Theso are desuribod as parts of lots 7 and 8 in block -10, plat A, Salt Lako City survey, and lots 7 and. 8 in block 59. Theso descriptions take in portions of the torritory lying between Socond and Third South streets and botween West Tomplo and First West streets; also botween Third nnd Fourth South streets and botween First West and Second West streets. Tho purchase prico was $150,000.
