TO DESTROY LIQUORS. Order Is Entered In tho Fourth District Court at Provo, Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Nov. 29. The llquoro and containers taken on a search and seizure warrant from tho TImpagonos club In October of thl3 year wero ordered forfeited for-feited In the Fourth district court today and an order to havo them destroyed was Issued to Sheriff Henry East. Attorney Robert Anderson, who represented the club and twenty-throe other claimants of the property, consented for his cllcnto to the forfeiture of the goods. A similar order was mado rclatlvo to liquors and other goods taken from the Eldorado club about the samo time and for which no claim had boon filed. George Lyons, tho 19-ycar-old California Califor-nia boy who was arrested here this week, was arraigned on a burglary charge and entered a plea of guilty. Sentence was set for Monday.
