OCR Text	Show MUST VACATE DEPOT. Health Commissioner Condemns Edlfico; O. 8. L. Must Erect Another. Special to Tlio Trlbuno. BOISE, Idaho. Nov. 29. The public utilities commission of this state was called upon today by State Pure Food Commissioner Jame3 H. Wallls to make an order directed to tho Oregon Short Line Railroad company commanding it to vacate, within a reasonable time, Its present passenger depot at Pocatello and erect a new depot. The pure food commissioner com-missioner who Is also stato sanitary and health Inspector, announcos that he has officially condemned tho depot, declaring that it Is n positive menace to tho health of the employees of the road, as well as the traveling public compelled to remain In and around tho building. Wallls asserts that tho dopot Is a tire trap.
