Tho annual meeting of tho members of tho Salt Lako Stock nnd Mining exchange was held at o'clock Saturday Satur-day nfternoon in the rooms of tho governing gov-erning board in tho exchango building, build-ing, and was harmonious and satisfactory satisfac-tory in ovcry respect. Two changes wore made in tho membership mem-bership of tho governing committee as a result of tlio election, Samuel Noel and li. A. Barney being succeeded by F. C. Dorn and R. J. Evans. The other members of the newly elected committee are: James A. Pollock, W. J. Browning, W. II. Child, W. Nc-beker, Nc-beker, K. S. Wimmer. James L. Hamilton, Ham-ilton, and W. II. Tibbals. The board has not 3ret elected its officers, though it is not considered probablo that thcro will bo any change in the official family, fam-ily, James A. Pollock to remain as president. James A. Shorten, secretary, and "W. A. Wasson, caller. Tho year, as reviewed in tho figures submitted b' Secrotary Shorten in his annual report, dated January 1, 1910, has been all in all a most successful and prosperous one for tho exchango, and tho .mere fact that tho members now occupy a handsomo and permanent perma-nent home of their own, speaks volumes for tho, growth and progress of the institution. in-stitution. Since the compilation of tho report further payments have been made on tho building expense account, and conditions con-ditions generally are encouraging for the oxchangc as an organization.
