SAYS PROPRIETOR HIT HIM PICK Laborer Taken From Fleur de Lis Bar Willi Gash in Head. With blood streaming from a gash In his forehead, Charjcs Hoggins, a plas-lercr, plas-lercr, 30 years old, was arrested at the Flcud de Lis bar on South Main street, about 9:30 o'clock Saturday night by Patrolman Pa-trolman X W. .Rush. At the police station Hoggins was charged with being drunk and using profano language. Ho was locked up In the city Jail. About three hours after he had been arrested Hoggins was sufficiently nobcrcd to ask that he be released on ball. III3 ball was llxcd at $10, and ho left the police station for his home. Before he departed, however, he told the 'police that he had been struck In the head with an Icepick by tho proprietor of the saloon after he had spent considerable moncv over the bar.
