Notice Is hereby given by the rltv council coun-cil of Salt Lake City of tho intention of such council to malce the following, described de-scribed Improvement, to witi Extending and laying sewer lateral 01 vitrified pipe eight (8) inches In diameter diam-eter In Snow's court, connecting with the main sewer on the north side of Eigth South street between Main and West Temple stroots, In sewer district No. 2, and defray the abutters.' portion of tho cost and expense thereof, est! mated at seven hundred ninety-eight and 77-100 (J70S.77) dollars, or -one and 3-100 ($1.03) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 775.5 feet abutting, said Improvement, by a local assessme'nt upon tho lota or pieces of ground within the following descrlhed district, being the district to be affectetl and benefited by said Improvement, namely: Tho east side of tho west 00.75 feet of lots 7 and S. the east side of the north 60 feot of the west 90.75 feet of lot 1. the west side of the south 148.5 feot of the cast IDS feet of lot 7. the west side of the east 198 feet of lot S. the west Hide of the north 66 feet of the east 19S feet of lot 1, all In block 15, plat A, Salt Lake City survey.
