NOTICE. . Notice is hereby given b the City Council of Salt Lake City of tho intention inten-tion of such council to make the following follow-ing described Improvement, to-wlt: Constructing and laying sower lateral of vitrified pipe eight (S) Inches In diameter In Strong's court, connecting with the main sewer on the north side of Fourth South street between Eighth East and Ninth East streets; In Sewer District No. 1, and defray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated nt five hundred nine and 11-100 fS509.ll' dollars, or 9S-100 (S0.9S) dollar per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being be-ing 510.5 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment upon tho lots or pieces cf ground within the following described de-scribed district, being the district to be affected and benefited by said Improvement, Improve-ment, namely: Tho east side of the north 1S1.5 feet of the west 41.25 feet of lot 2: the south side of the east 33 feet of the west 74.25 feet of lot 7: .ho west side of the north 1S1.5 feet of the east 30.75 feet of 'ot 2; the west side of the north 123.". feet of the south 14S.5 feet of the oasi "0 feet of lot 2, all In block 41. plat B.
