Shaforth left Denver today for the southern Colorado Colo-rado coal fields to Investigate coai mine disasters In that field. The commission will pay particular attention to conditions condi-tions at Delagua. where 79 men were killed November 8: Starkvllle, where 57 were killed, a month earlier, and Prlmero, where 17 lost' their lives early In the year. Victor C Alderson. president of the Colorado School of Mines, heads the commission.
