Show SOLO GIRCLE BUSY GOING AFTEB DEPTH Sam M. Levy, Manager of Gold Crown Group, Arrives From District. S. M. Levy, coneral manager of the Gold Circle Crown Mining company and other organizations in tho Gold Cirelo district of Novada, is in the city conferring con-ferring with his associates regarding tho present condition of the proRcrties within his charge. Mr. Levy was ouo of the first men who started development develop-ment work in the district, and few arc moro intimately acquainted with actual conditions there. To Tho Tribune Wednesday ho said that thero was a groat amount of splendid work being j done throughout the camn. The operators opera-tors aro satisfied with what they have, and in the camp there aro between 200 and 300 miners omployed. Gold Circle itself is enioying a very hoalthy period of growth. The town has settled down to a substantial basis, and the merchants havo no roason to complain of the character of business thev aro now dointr. Many properties are responding generously with results, not tho least being tho Gold Circle Crown group. Tho company is sinking below the tunnel level now, being down 156 feet from the surface, while the tunnel hns proceeded 100, feet further in from tho point whero it tanped the shaft. Both workings are following a high-grade milling shoot of ore. Good progress is being mado in this work. All the leasers on this property are pegging away, and no better illustration can bo had of their successes than the fact that Mr. Levy has .iust let two additional leases on this territor3. "Tho Golden Chariot has .iust made a strike, and is sacking ore. Tho company com-pany also has several leasing propositions proposi-tions doing good and telling work. The St. Paul companj' has a whim installed, and is seeking results at depth with diligence." said Mr. Levy. George Ames of Salt Lake is sinking a shaft on the famed Ripsaw property, and is now figuring on tho installation of a mill to treat his ore. The Bamberger group is being sounded at depth, the shaft exploring a $40 shoot of ore. Tho Rex company has one of the big showings show-ings of the camp. Gold Circle is busy and contented."
