Show 1 REAL ESTATE NEWS 1 Plans are now being prepared for a handsome now church building for the thirty-second ward of tho Mormon church, to be erected at the corner of Navajo and Fourth West streets. Tho building will contain an auditorium for church services and rooms In the baso-ment baso-ment for the use of the Sunday school. It Is proposed to erect an amusement hall In connection with the structuro later, but for the present only the chapel will be built. The new structure will cost about $10,000. Plans aro being prepared by McDonald & Taylor, architects. Bishop Bish-op Sherwood said Wednesday night that It was hoped lo have Lhe building completed com-pleted by the fall, so that they could occupy oc-cupy It. Tho excavation for the basement base-ment Is already completed and work will bo started on the building Itself as soon as poslble. An addition which will cost nearly ; $30,000 Is being made to the Wllflcy apartment house on Plerpont streot. The addition will double Ihe number of apartments In tho building, will be built of concrete blocks and will be modern In I every respect. One of the features will j be the use of wall beds. The latest addition to the manufactories manufacto-ries of tho city Is a factory for the pro-I pro-I ductlon of breakfast food, which Is to be erected by C. E. Rhoades, of Battle Creek, Mich.
