No employee of The Tribune or Telegram or any member of the employee's em-ployee's family will be allowed to compete nor will any member of the editorial staff or business force of either paper be permitted to show any partiality for any contestant. Equal facilities will be placed at the disposal of all contestants con-testants who aid them in their canvass for subscriptions, and only such help shall be given to one as can be rendered to all.
