NOTICE. " Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to wit: Extending and laying sewer lateral of vitrified plpo eight (8) inches In diameter In the center of Brldport street, between Fifth South and Sixth South streets, In Sewer District No. 1. and defray the abutter's abut-ter's portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at oight hundred seventy-eight and -10-100 ($S78.10) dollars, or 72-100 ($0.72) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 1220 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment upon tho lots or pieces of grouml within the following described district, being tho district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, namely The north 305 feet of the east side of the west 14S.5 feot of lot 3, the south 305 feet of the east side of the west 148.5 feet of lot G, tho south 305 feot of tho west side of the east 118.5 feet of lot 7. tho north .105 feet of the west side of tho east 148.5 feet of lot 2. block 23, plat "B." Salt Lake City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such Intention must be presented pre-sented In writing to the City Recorder ,on or before the 12th day of October, 190S, being the time set by said Council when it . will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be mac thereto.
