Show DAMAGES OF $25,000 DEMANDED IX A SUIT In Judge Ritchie's division of the Third district court Monday was begun before a jur- the suit of James Gibson against George G. Doylo & Co., plumbers, plumb-ers, for $20,000 damages for personal iniuries. Gibson, who was in the employ of the Z. C. M: I. drug store, claims 'that by the fallinq of an immense wrench from tho top of a ladder which the defendant defend-ant company had placed Micro while repairing re-pairing pipes about the drug store, his left side was paralyzed and he was disabled dis-abled for life. The wrench struck liini upon the top of the head, it is alleged. The accident acci-dent occurred last February. |
