Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by tho City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to wit; Constructing a cement sidewalk six (6) feet wide and four (4) inches thick on tho west side of North Main street between First North and Second North streets, and on both sides of said street between Second North and Third North streets, in Sidewalk District No. 27, and defray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense ex-pense thereof, estimated at threo thousand thou-sand five hundred forty-two and 45-100 ($3542,45) dollars, or one and 50-100 (?1.50) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting abut-ting property, there being 2361.63 feet abutting said improvement, by a local assessment as-sessment upon tho lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, dis-trict, being tho district to bo affected and benefited by said improvement, namely: The west side of lota 3, 4 and 5. block 11; the east side of lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, block 12; the east side of lots 1 and 6, block 17; tho west side of lots 2, 3 and 4, block IS; tho east side of lot 1, block 8: the east side of the west 20.78 feet of Pine street, beginning at the north side of lot 1, block S, running thenco north 294.06 feet, all in plat "E," Salt Lake City Survey. The total cost of Eald improvement is estimated at five thousand one hundred twenty-three and 1S-100 (55123.18) dollars, of which sum the city's portion is one thousand five hundred eighty and 73-100 ($1530.73) dollars, leaving three thousand flvn hundred forty-two and 45-100 (?3542.45) dollars to be raised by local assessment. as-sessment. All protests and objections to the carrying carry-ing out of such Intention must be presented pre-sented in writing to the City Recorder on or before the 12th day of October, 190S. being the time set by said Council when It will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be mado thereto.
