Pulos was hurt May 2. 1907. while loading steel rails oulo a car near Ttul)3r, Colo., being caught underneath a falling rail, and charged negligence against the companv in not providing braces to hold the rails, some of which were crooked, on Iho car after they were placed, there. The company, in its answer, denies that Pulos was under the supervision of anyone, and avers that he could have got out of the way of the rail, but mado no effort to do bo. |
