Show CITY CLOSES CASE IX PROGRESS SUIT Salt Lake virtually closed its cano Tuesday in connection 'with tho suit of the Progress company against the city, in which valunblo water rights in JBig Cottonwood canyon are involved. At Tuesday's hearing claimants of rights at Brighton appeared and a stipulation stipu-lation was entered into by which the following were admitted to have the right, to use from tributaries of Tlig Cottonwood such water as may be nec-easary nec-easary for domestic and culinary uses: Judge O.
