Staines, deceased, against William S. Burton Bur-ton ct al. executors of tho last -vi ill and testament of Kobcrl T. Kurion, in the Third District rourt, Thursday, asking that the defendants bo required to account ac-count to Mr. Miller for the administration administra-tion of tho estate of Mr. Staines. At the time of his death Robert T. Burton was administrator of the estate of Staines, and It Is set out In tho complaint com-plaint that his last accounting was rendered ren-dered by Mr. Burton. April 1. 1001. The prayer of tho complaint is that the executors ex-ecutors of Mr. Burton's will bo required to account for and turn over to Miller the property of Slaincs. An answer accompanies the complaint, in which it is set out that the property I of the Staines estate aggrecatrs $20.- SOS. SI, and that the defendants arc ready to turn it over. Tho truth of tho allegations of the answer is admitted by tin: plaintiff and nil- that now remains is for tho court to inaJte the necessary order. |
