Fitzgerald and daughter, Miss Kitty Fitzgornld, at their homo on Adams avonuo, Tho affair was givon in complimont to Mrs. Fitzsorald's daughter, Mrs, Goorgo W. McOabo of Washington, D. C. A littlo booth of bunting, which wns prettily festooned with swoot peas and forns, Vas arranged in ono corner of tho lawn, nnd here Miss Ruth Bennington served punch. Tho rofroshmonts wero served on small tables, which were arranged about tho lawn, and which woro decorated with roses, pink and whito boing tho provailing colors. A string orchestra furnished music throughout through-out tho oveninp. The Misses Botty nnd Anna Growo assisted tho hostess. About twenty guosts onjoyed tho occasion. Victor Nolson was givon a very yloasxnt surprise Wednesday evening at tho home of his mother, Mrs. Edward Nelson. About twenty-five guests wero prosout.
