Show SPLENDID MUSICALE Treble Clef Club Entertains a Large Number of Prlends. Tho Trehlo Clef club entertained a number num-ber of their friends at a delightful musical last evening, and were assisted by Mrs. Lillian Schaufelborger, Mrs. Kate Bridewell Bride-well Anderson and Mrs. C. E. Richards, Miss Judith Evans blng tho accompanist accompan-ist of the evening. The programme was an excellent one, tho club being heard in four numbers, the opening ono being an A and B number, "Welcome Pretty Primrose," Prim-rose," by Plnsutl, and "The Shepherd Lady," by Armstrong. The work done by the club was very pleasing and brought forth tho hearty applause of tho audience. audi-ence. Mrs. Charles Richards gave two of her charming readings. A group of Dunbar's charming poems won splendid reception, the group Including "Drizzle," "The Colored Col-ored Band." "Making a Boy" and "When Mellnda Sings." Mrs. Andorson and Mrs. Schaufelbcrger gave a number of songs In a very artistic manner. , Some time In May tho club will give an entertainment at the Y. M. C. A. |
