S. club and a few friends. Gaines and dancing were indulged In. after which refreshments were served. On Friday evening Mies Mamie Virl was pleasantly surprised by a number of her frionds. The ovenlng was spent ln cards, games and music, after which refreshments were served. Those present pres-ent were the Misses Stella Hanks, EfTle Jonasson, Eva Folsom, Anna Chrlsten-scn, Chrlsten-scn, Amy Folsom, Edna Barbee, Mattle Nicholas. Messrs. Snow, Dunford. Eck-ens, Eck-ens, A. Palmer. Evans, F. Palmer, Sproat and Howarth. Fifty of the friends of Mr. and Mrs. James Stirling enjoyed a banquet at their home Thursday evening, the event being in honor of the thirty-third anniversary anni-versary of their marriage.
