Walker, general agent for the Chicago & Northwestern railway, received re-ceived a telegram yesterday which brings tidings of great joy to live-stock shippers. Effective tomorrow tho Chicago Chi-cago &. Northwestern will Issue return transportation to shippers accompanying accompany-ing two and more cars of live stock shipped over the road. It will bo remembered that this courtesy cour-tesy was- extended always before tho beginning of this year, and that on the 1st of January the roads agreed to Issue transportation one way only; that is, to the East.
