Basulltoh reports that the night of April 2S-20 passed quietly. Small bodies of JapaneBo are moving on tho right bank of tho Yalu, at tho mouth ef which steamers are arriving. On April 2S, at about 2 in the afternoon, Japanese columns wero soon going from Yonehampo toward Wlju, and a party of Japaneso Bcouts was seen on a mountain moun-tain southward of Slndta Ju. Tho Japaneso have not yet undertaken any actlvo operations." |
