Show Engagements and Weddings. Miss Catherine Culmcr and-1-'Frank Roberts will be married on May 24th. Robort Morris has just announced the engagement of his daughter. Louise, to George L, Wcller, formerly of this city but now of Washington. The wedding will take place early in June, and tho young people will make their homo ln Washington. During the pust week Mrs. Charles Morse of Denver announced the engagement engage-ment of her daughter, Helen, to Robert Kottwltz of New Orleans. Miss Morse has a number of friends here who will be interested in the announcement, she having visited her sister, Mrs. Shepard A. Benson, upon several occasions. OKU. " The marriage of Mies Mabelle Free-. Free-. bairn and John Vanden Akker will take place next Thursday, the young people leaving immediately after for Los Angeles, An-geles, their future home. The marriage of Miss Annette Mcintosh Mcin-tosh and Daniel Alanson Emery of Iowa took plnco last Wednesday evening even-ing at the homo of the bride's mother on Fourth East street. Owing to tho serious illness of Mrs. Mcintosh the wedding wub an extremely quiet one, witnessed only by relatives of the bride. Rev. William II. Fsh, Jr.. of the First Unitarian church performed ths ceremony, cere-mony, Mr. and Mrs. Emery -v 111 make their home in Iowa. |
