CROWDS AT THE STATIONS President Cheered rts His Train Passes Through Towns Cumberland Md Sept 5The Presidents Presi-dents train arrived at Cumberland at 1123 p m Notwithstanding the late hour a large crowd had gathered at the station but the President had retired The run from Washington was uneventful un-eventful At several of the stations I along the route crowds assembled and cheered as the train passed At Martlnsburg which was reached I at 930 oclock there was II large turnout turn-out of people In response to tholr cheers the President appeared on the rear platform of his car nnd bowed The train Is due at Wheeling at S30 oclock tomorrow morning
