A CLOSE CALL ALBERT N AVEESOIT CAUGHT IN A GRAVEL SLIDE Wit His Team and Wagon He Was Completely Buried for a Time and Was Released with Difficulty AlbertwN Averson of the Twenty first ward had a narrow escape from death yesterday He had gone to the cemetery for a load of gravel and after driving under the bank some tons of earth gave way and fell upon him burying the team wagon and himsUf Averson did not lose his presence of mind and with a supreme effort succeeded suc-ceeded in getting one arm through the gravel and then made an opening for his head He cried lustily for help but I it was two hours before relief came and he was extricated from his perilous position S His body was almost numb and he was very weak but soon recovered I cr =
