DURRANIS ATTORNEYS BALKED The Idinnie Williams Murder Case Will Not be Tried San Francisco Nov Attorneys Deuprey Dickinson and Boardman appeared j ap-peared before Judge Bahrs this morning I morn-ing and asked that his honor set a day for the trial of the charge against I Theodore Durrant of murdering Minnie Min-nie Williams The motion was opposed by Assistant I Assist-ant District Attorney Hosmer Judge i I Bahrs listened to the arguments of Durrants attorneys with very apparent I appar-ent impatience and finally in an angry an-gry manner interrupted them and de I I dined to hear anything further on the I matter and denied their motion peremptorily per-emptorily Durrants attorneys while admitting after adjournment that they intended to found an appeal on Judge Bahrs refusal said it had not yet been decided I de-cided whether it would be made in the I state or federal courts
