TIE BICYCLE ORJUSAC At a joint meeting of the Social Wheel club and Wasatch wheelmen held lat evening which TV as called to consider the proposed bicycle ordinance now before the city council there was a large at tendance of representative wheelmen and it was unanimously resolved to sup port the proposed ordinance and to that end twelve members were appointed to act as special policemen subject to the approval of the board of fire and police polce commissioners to rigidly enforce the ord inance should it be passed I the proposed pro-posed ordinance is passed these special policemen will begin at once an active campaign against the reckless a actve campalgn riders and sidewalk scorchers They are to receive no compensation for their services but are furnished by the clubs to assist in suppressing the careless riding of bicycles riding In the city
