Show I VEIN HAS JUMPED AGAIN Jannser Dalton so Report to the ew State People As a result of certain developments in the Gold Hill mine one of the properties prop-erties of the New State Gold Mining f company situated between the Cotton A woods the officers of the company were In close consultation yesterday the cause of their special session be jdng the third movement of the main Uem in the mine I was determined Vto again drive to the north in the hopes of encountering the lead again and last night the face of the tunnel which is now in some eighty feet began be-gan to move to the north and east I is anticipated that the vein will have been cut within the next twentyfour hours General Manager Dalton came In from the property early in the afternoon after-noon and made his official report to the members of the company I was > to the effect that the vein which had ben followed for a considerable distance had moved off again another 1 an-other fault in the formation having undoubtedly been encountered Heave He-ave as his opinion that a drift to the north for a few feet would cut there x > the-re This manner of development has never failed yet and whenever the vein has moved before and been found within a short distance north of the tunnel i has alvays materially widened out I is the opinion of Mr ODalton that this will be the case on I this occasion The vein Is heading toward to-ward the formation and if it soon encounters en-counters this and goes down then indeed in-deed arc the future prospects of the I company bright for i would mean that there is a great mine there in I very earnest I |
