THOSE SIX SEATS The supreme court was in session the best part of a week and then adjourned two weeks so that the oftdelayed city council election cases come in for another postponement postpone-ment They do not seem to have been mentioned or thought of during the session ses-sion It is conceded on all hands and was almost publicly admitted by one of the Lib I oral members who is holding down a seat I belonging to some one else that the Peoples Peo-ples party members were rightfully elected Why they are not now regularly installed is one of the things only lawyers and judges can explain If the thing were reversed and six Liberals were fighting for six offices for which they had received a majority of the votes how long does anyone any-one suppose the matter would have dragged its slow length in the courts 1
