SMITH states that this special free seminar is available to any who wish to come and it will feature U.S. Secret Service Agents, local law enforcement officers, Chief of Police Anderson, IX Ron Ballantyne of Bountiful City Police, co-sponsors of this program for the local merchants to help merchants cut losses at the cash register.
