When the Davis County Sheriffs Paramedics arrived, they took over the resuscitation process and transferred Rachel to Lakeview Hospital. Officer Jacobsen . received. - a report from the medical examiners .office on Monday, June 26, stating the cause of death was "accidental drowning." That report also indicated in-dicated that the child had died at the scene.
