Show Conference Set for This Weekend Elder Carlos E. Asay, a member of the First Quorum of Seventy of The Church of eSus Christ of Latter-day Siints, will speak at the Moab Utah Stake Conference Satur-Jiv Satur-Jiv mi Sunday. April JO and May 1, 1977. in Moab. Elder Asay. is a longtime Church worker and former university professor. He served as bishop to the South Cottonwood Sixth Ward fat five years and also as high councilor in that stake. He has served on the Sunday School General Board and as President Presi-dent of the Texas North Mission. Prior to his call to Re First Quorum of Seventy he was serving as a Regional Representative of the Twelve. Elder Asay's current assignments assign-ments include managing director di-rector of the missionary department. Brother Asay w as graduated from the University of Utah with a doctorate in Education. He was a professor of education at Brigham Young University in Provo. Utah, and served as an assistant Dean at the Church College of Hawaii. Prior to his current call he also served as an executive assistant assis-tant to the Presiding Bishop-' ric. He is married to the former Colleen Webb. They are the n :. r i -Y N .
