Show Life-Long Resident Resi-dent Dies Following Follow-ing Long Illness Mrs. Elizabeth Abel Baker, wife of Stephen Baker, and lifelong resident of American Fork, passed away at the family home Thursday morning at 10:50 o'clock after a lingering ill- , ness. Some eleven years ago her health became impared and for the : past four years she has been gradually gradu-ally growing worse. i Mrs Baker was born at American : Fork January 9, 1868, the daughter : of Isaac and Ann Methley Abel. Her i early life was one of work along with i the pioneers of oar city and her education was gained in the early 1 schools of this city. She was married to Stephen T. Baker and to them eight children i were bom. The husband and five : children survive.
