Show Irrigation Co. Elects Board The stockholders of the American Fork Irrigation Company held their annual meeting in the . city hall Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. There was a very good attendance. The meeting was presided over by Nathan Robinson, president. The first order of business was the reading of the financial report of the company for the year 1933, both general and by ditches, by the secretary, Leo T. Shelley. The reports re-ports were approved and ordered filed. The election of officers for the ensuing year followed. Nathan Robinson, Rob-inson, John A. Wagstaff and A. W. Millar were re-elected members of the Board for a two year term and together with Lot Robinson and Reed H. Robinson, holdover members, mem-bers, will constitute the Board of Directors. Mr. Robinson, states he will call the members of the Board together in the near future at which time a president, secretary, treasurer and head watermaster for the year will be selected. A discussion of the Provo Deer Creek Reservoir project was entered into at some length and the decision reached was that a special meeting would be called in the near future for this purpose of taking definite iction. |
