Show Brother, sister team arrested for burglary DELTA A brother and sister burglary team have been arrested for numerous burglaries throughout ' Utah including in-cluding one in Iron County. William A. Campbell, Jr. 23, and his sister, Linda Marie Hobbs, were arrested last week in Delta, allegedly during the commission of a burglary. Subsequent investigation connected them with four other burglaries in Millard County and also burglaries in Salt Lake City, Beaver and Iron County. They have been charged along with a third suspect, Wesley Earl Folson, 23, with a resident burglary in Beaver, where guns, coins and jewelry and other items amounting to approximately $65,000 were taken. In that burglary a safe was taken from the residence. The burglary that the suspects have been charged with in Iron County occurred at Warby's Automotive service on April 19, 1982, where a complete acetylene and oxygen torch was taken by the suspects, supposedly so that they could cut open the safe taken in the Beaver burglary. The safe, which had been cut open, along with the torches from Warby Service were found in an old mine shaft north of Minersville. Much of the stolen property from Beaver was recovered in Salt Lake City. Campbell and Hobbs remain in custody in Millard County for their burglaries. Warrants of arrest are being prepared charging them with the Warby Automotive burglary, and- they will eventually be brought back to Iron County to stand trial for those charges, said an Iron County Sheriff's Department spokesperson. |
