Brown of Cedar City announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Virginia to lieutenant John II. Cate, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Her-bert R, Cate of Dover, New Hampshire. The bride-elect attended the College of Southern Utah and is a graduate of the Univer-sity Univer-sity of Utah. She is presently employed as a Speech and Hearing Terapist with Granite School District n Salt Lake Cty. Her fiance is serving as a meteorologist with the United States Ar Force. He is a graduate grad-uate of the University of Newl Hampshire and the University of Utah. The couple will be married March 21, in the St. George LDS Temple.
