Show - Las Vegas man dies of heart attack Leonard Zagortz, 66, of Las Vegas, Nev. died apparently of a heart attack while driving into Cedar City from a fishing excursion ex-cursion on Cedar Mountain. Azgortz complained to his companion George Harris, also of Las Vegas, that he was blacking out just as the vehicle was entering Cedar City on Utah 14. Harris grabbed the steering wheel, but the car still ran into a parked car at 361 East Center Street before it could be brought to a stop. Zagortz was pronounced dead on arrival at the Valles View Medical Center of a massive coronary. Harris was unha med in the accizent. The accident was investigated by Roger Williams of the Cedar City Police Department assisted by Chief Douglas Bolton and Richard Peyton of the Iron County Sheriff's office. |
