Show CHAPTER OFFICERS. Officers of the Parowan Chapter of the FFA plan several activities for the year. They in- elude, left to right: Dave Hulet, Norman Bettridge, Mark Judd, Tim Fox, Wayne Moss and Pat Benson. FFA look to Banner Year ! Norman Bettridge, V.P., Pat Benson, secretary; Mark Judd, Treasurer; Wayne Moss, reporter; Tim Fox, sentinel; Thales C. Brown, i advisor and instructor. The Parowan chapter has contested very well in Parliamentary Procedure and in the Public Speaking contest, and are planning to participate in both again. Their Sweetheart contest is a very popular activity at the school and involves many students. In February 1 their annual banquet is held at which time many honors are given. BY Wayne Moss PAROWAN - A hamburger fry for the members of the Parowan High School FFA Chapter kicked their activities ac-tivities off to a good start for the coming school year. The chapter also is taking their judging schooling seriously ! as they are planning on improving this skill, along with various others. They were especially interested in watching the judging take place at the recent livestock show held in Cedar City. A summer activity ac-tivity included a leadership workshop held in Richfield.
