Show U I n CHS Spikers defeat Dons Cedar High School Lady Reds picked up their fourth successive volleyball league victory Thursday afternoon as they dominated Spanish Fork in both junior varsity and varsity competition. The Varsity posted victories vic-tories of 15-4 and 15-5 over the Don's while the Junior Varsity was equally impressive im-pressive with victories of 15-2 15-2 and 15-9 in the best two of three game series. In the varsity competition Avis Higbee served eight straight aces to pace the victory while Tori Brinkerhoff with her outstanding out-standing spiking sparked the JV's to their victories. Today, Thursday, the Cedar City women's volleyball team will travel to Provo where they will take on the T-Birds of Timpview. "We expect stiffer competition com-petition against Timpview than we have had thus far in the season," Coach Vickie Ingram stated. Timpview has a record of two wins and two losses. "We just hope we can keep our winning record intact," Mrs. Ingram stated. Thus far the Lady Reds have defeated Springville, Carbon, Dixie and Spanish Fork sweeping both the Junior Varsity and Varsity competition. SCORES FOR LADY REDS.
