Notice is hereby given that in pursuance pur-suance of a Resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Weber county. Utah, on June 1st, 1909. a Special Klootion is hereby called in the NORTH OGDEN ROA.D DIS- . I TRICT of Weber County. Utah, on Tuesday. July 6th, 1909. at the Meet- ing House In said district, between j the hours of seven (7) o'clock A. M. I and seven (7) o'clock P. M. on said i day, tor the purpose of submitting to I the qualified electors within said dls- i trict, a proposition to authorize the Board of County Commtssroncrs of Weber County, Utah, to levy for the fipcal yoar 199, a district road tax of three (3) mills on all the taxable property prop-erty within said ' district, ro be used exclusively for the construction and re-j re-j pair of roads and highways situate I therein. ; Only registered voters residing within said district who shall have paid said property tax therein In the year preceding such election be entitled en-titled to vote at such election.
