U'tah, on Juno Ut. 1909, a Special Election is hereby call' I ed in the HARRISVILLE ROAD DISTRICT DIS-TRICT of Weber Countv. Utah, on Tuesday. July 6. 190f at the Mee'tlnc j House in said district, between tho hours of seven (7) o'clock A. M. and seven (7) o'clock P. M. on said dav, for 'ho purpose of submitting to the ; qualified electors within said district, ' a proposition to authorize the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, to lew for tho fiscal year 190;.. a district roaJ tax of five (5) mills on all the taxable property within said district, to he used exclusively ex-clusively for the construction and repair re-pair of roads and highways sltuato therein. Only registered vofprs raiding within said district who shall havo paid said propertv tax therein In the year preceding such election khall be entitled to vote at such election.
