Aug. 19 One of tho severest disciplines ever administered adminis-tered at West point is to bo the lot of four cadets, all members of the first or senior cln.ss at tho Military academy, who have been on trial for several weeks before a general court martial, charged with drinking a milk punch The four cadets are Wilfred Blount of Haryland. Charles L. Byrrje' of Washington. I). C. Harry James' Keeley of Illinois, and Bethel Wood Simpson of Michigan. Blount and Byrne are sons of retired officers, while Simpson's father Is Major Wendell Wen-dell L Simpson, who Is on duty In this city.
