Show NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY. Pursuant to Section 278 of tho Compiled Com-piled Laxxs of Utah. 1907. and the authority au-thority vested In me by said section, I. the undersigned. THOMAS B. FARR. Treasurer of Ogden City, Weber We-ber County, Utah, hereby give public notice that a special tax amounting to SW, 495.00 Dollars has been levied for Sewer District No 105 for the purpose pur-pose of constiucting Pipe Sexvers in 9aid district by an ordinance duly passed by the City Council of Ogden City, Utah, and approxed by the Mayor of said City on August 10th, 1910, said taxes being levied on all of the abutting property on the following Streets comprising said Sewer District No. 105: All that part of 27th Street from Madison to Jefferson Avenues; 2Gth Street from Quincy to Harrison Avenue; Binford Av. from Quincy to Jackson Avenues; Jackson Ave. from 25th to 27th Streets; Quincy Axe. I from 26th to 27th Streets; 21st Street ' from Jackson to Harrison Ave.; Oak 1 Street, Jackson to Harrison Ave., and ( Washington Ave. from 20th Street to . Ogden River Bridge. I The said tax Is payable in 5 install ments: ; The first Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent September 29th, 1910. 1 The second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 1911. j The third . installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th. 1912. ; j The fourth Installment becomes de- ' linquent August 10th, 1913. I The fifth installment becomes de l.nquent August 10th. 1914. Each or said installments, except I the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, from the date of the lex'y as aforesaid, afore-said, and If any or either of said Installments In-stallments shall be unpaid when they become delinquent, interest thereon Khali be 10 per cent per annum, until such delinquent nsjesements are fully paid Said tax shall be enforced and collected as In any other case of special tax and if not paid th property prop-erty on which said levy la mode will le advertised and sold according to law This special tax Is pax able at my office at the City Hal).
