Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that In pursuance of law and of a resolu tlon and order of tho City Council, of Ogden City, Utah, passod the 1st dav of Aucist. A. D 1910, an elec- tlon Is hereby called and will be held in oach of the flvo Municipal Vard3 of Ogden, Utah, on the 6th day of September, 1910, for the purpose of submitting to a vole, of tho qualified electors as shall have paid property tax In Ogden City in the year 1909. tho question whether said City Coun ell shall be authorized, allowed, and permitted to create and Incur a bonded bond-ed lndebtedneos of one hundred thous-an thous-an ($100,000.00) dollars, and Issue bonds of the City of Ogden therefor, to bo used for the purpose of constructing con-structing an additional conduit from the sources of water supply In the Ogden River system to the storage reeorvolr6 of t,he Ogden Waterwoiks system; and for the further purpose of constructing additional distributive mains from the storago reservoirs of the Ogden Waterworks System throughout various portions of Ogden City. That tho following are the places designated for the purpose of holding aid election, and which said election elec-tion will be held In each of the Mun iclpal Wards of eald Ogden City, respectively; re-spectively; In the FirBt Municipal Ward, at the City Hall; In the Second Municipal Ward, at the Armory Building, No. 329 24th St.; In tho Third Municipal Ward, at the Mound Fort School House.
