OCR Text	Show BIG CAMP AT HONOLULU, Accomodation Will be Provided for 12,000 Men. Honolulu, Jan. 21. A big military instruction camp on the uplands above Honolulu is the latest preparation by the military authorities and correspondence correspon-dence with the warjdepartment is now under way. The idea is to have a permanent camp to accomodate at lea3t 12,000 men and to occupy as much space as possible for carrying out extensive maneuvers. In fact, to have as ideal a drilling ground as it is possible.
