OCR Text	Show SANTIAGO PRESS INDIGNANT. Denounce the Order Regarding; Disposition of Customs Receipts. Santiago de Cuba, Jan. 24. The order or-der from the United States military authorities in Havana directing the authorities of the Santiago military department not to spend a cent of the customs receipts without the permission permis-sion of the governor-general, and the order directing that hereafter the bulk of sanitary work shall be done without with-out money pay and for rations merely, were given to the local press for publication publi-cation Saturday, though received here last Thursday. All the- papers denounce de-nounce the action.
