Show New Harmony Mrs. O. Hammond Reporter James L. Reed, Lyle and Darce Prince, and Orson Hammond were business vistors in Cedar City on Wednesday. Visitors who spent Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing here with their families were Mr. and Mrs. Dee Stapley and children of Beaver, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Dill and children of St. George, guests of Mr. and Mrs. George F. Prince; Mrs. Mason Rencher and son Jack, of St. George, guests of Mrs. G. Schmutz. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Hall and small son of Cedar City are visiting vis-iting at the home of Mrs. Hall's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James L. Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Williams and three children of Cedar City spend Thursday with Mrs. William's Wil-liam's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hen-ry A. Pace. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mathis with their daughters, Roma and Myrline, motored to Pioche to spend Thanksgiving day with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Keith DuBois. Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Reeves and children of Kanarra were visiting visit-ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Pace returned re-turned here Wednesday after having hav-ing been absent for the past month. Albert Mathis was a business visitor to Cedar City on Friday. Clark and Leslie Pace have gone to the sheep herd for a month. Mr. and Mrs. Berry Williams of Kanarra spent Sunday visiting Mrs. William's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reese Davis. Independence Taylor motored to Cedar City on Thursday to spend the day with his daughter, Mrs. Randall Lunt. A number of people from here attended Union meeting held for the Relief Society, Sunday school, and Primary at Cedar City on Sunday. Speakers at Sacrament meeting were Mrs. William Heaton of Alton, Al-ton, Orson Hammond and Heber J. Walton. The Trail Builders boys with their adviser, Mamie G. Huntsman, Hunts-man, motored to St. George Saturday Sat-urday to be in attendance at the Temple where the boys were baptized. bap-tized. Mrs. Venice Prince and children child-ren spent the week-end in Kanarra Kan-arra at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Williams. Ruth and Betty Walton were visitors over the week-end with friends in Cedar City. Miss Viola Woodbury and three sisters of St. George were weekend week-end visitors at the home of Eliza Kelsey. |
