Show B.-P. W. Club Holds Regional Meet With Educational Committee Planning Event The regular meeting of the St. George Business and Professional Women's club was held in the Arrowhead Ar-rowhead hotel banquet room at 7:30 Wednesday, November 27. The education committee, with Mrs. Margaret Bradford, chairman, chair-man, was in charge. Vocal numbers num-bers were given by Miss Ruth Winsor and Mrs. Lillian Workman, Work-man, accompanied by Mr. Stewart, Stew-art, and violin solos by Miss Tweedie, who was also accompanied accompan-ied by Mr. Stewart. "How To Detect Propaganda," was the topic of a splendid talk given by Mrs. Mary Phoenix, who is a member of the club. Mrs. Phoenix is a member of the state legislative committee. Mrs. Erma Thomas read, "I Am An American" depicting all the I privileges and advantages that are ours as American citizens. |
