NOTICE OF INTENTION' Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Springyille City, Utah County, State of Utah, of the intention of the said City Council to make the following described improvements and to levy special taxes to pay for the same, to-wit: To excavate and construct four foot wide concrete sidewalks along the following streets: 1. Sidewalk on south side and north side of 7th South street from 200 East to 400 East. 2. Sidewalk on south side of 4th South street from 800 East street east for a distance of 2055 feet. 3. Sidewalk on south side and north side of 5th South street between be-tween Main and 100 East streets. The said improvements shall be called Street Improvement District No. 6. It is bounded on the North, South, East and West sides by Springville City Limits. The total estimated cost of said improvement is $7726.40. The abutters abut-ters portion of said cost is estimated esti-mated at $6534.40 and the City portion is estimated at $1192.00. The estimated cost per front foot or linear foot for constructing sidewalks side-walks is $1.60. The following land and lots fronting on said improvements shall be assessed on the various streets upon which they abut: 1. South side and north side of 7th South Street from 2nd East to 4th East Streets. 2. South side of 4th South Street from 8th East Street to a place 2055 feet East of 8th East Street. 3. South side and north side of 5th South Street between Main and 1st East Streets. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such improvements improve-ments must be presented in writing, writ-ing, stating lots and block numbers, num-bers, or description of property by metes and bounds to the City Recorder Re-corder on or before the 24th day of September, 1954, at 5:00 P. M. The City Council of Springville City will meet at their regular meeting place on the 27th day of September, 1954, at 7:30 P. M. to hear and consider such protests to said improvements as shall have been made. By order of the City Council of Springville City, Utah, this 1st day of September, 1954.
