Show SANTA CLARA Miss Amanda Graff Reporter The Swiss camp of the D. U. P. held their monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. Rosann Hafen on Friday evening. The lesson was given , by Mrs. Nellie Gubler on the governors of Utah. Henry Graff went to Gunlock Sunday to attend Priesthood meeting. meet-ing. He was accompanied by Mrs. Graff, Mrs. Edward Christian and Mrs. Byron Taylor, stake Primary officers, who went to attend the Primary conference. Those who attended the funeral services of Percy Wittwer at La-Verkin La-Verkin were: Mr. and Mrs. La-zell La-zell Stucki, Christian Stucki, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Wittwer, Edmund Gubler, Mrs. Harvey Stucki, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Wittwer and Miss Laura Gubler. Mr. and Mrs. Schow has been visiting with their daughter, Mrs. Sylvan Graff and family. Mrs. LaVern Stucki and Mrs. Wanda Frei were hostesses to the Dutchettes club held last Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at the Stucki home. Prizes were won by Mrs. Hilda Stucki and Mrs. Viola Mason. Mrs. Howard Frei was a special guest. Eugene Fordham of Salt Lake City was a guest Sunday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Rulon Stucki. He left for California the first of the week where he will make his home. Mr. and Mrs-. Fred Norman and family moved to Cedar City last Thursday to make their home. Miss Rayma Frei, who has been employed at Hill Field, returned to her home in Santa Clara recently. re-cently. Mrs. Doris Putchard of Long Beach, Calif., is visiting at the home of her sister, Mrs. Elvin Hafen. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Wittwer and daughter, Bonnie of Beaver, were guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Stucki. |
